This Wednesday yoga class offered by Jessica Riggin is a thoughtfully guided vinyasa flow designed to help you release stress, build strength, and come back home to yourself. We begin by gently warming the muscles and tissues before building internal heat at a slightly faster pace with standing postures, then wind down on the mat with grounding stretches and rest. Expect a balance of breathwork, mindful movement, and moments of stillness—supportive for all levels, with options to challenge yourself or soften where needed. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this class offers a welcoming space to move, breathe, and feel good in your body. You’ll leave feeling more centered, relaxed, and deeply connected — both within yourself and to the shared energy of community. ​Come exactly as you are.
